Retail Customer Service Assistant
- Based at Storrington Service Station this is a part time vacancy working 16 or 20 hours per week (weekend availability).
- £10.50 per hour
- We are seeking a retail Customer Service Assistant for our Nisa branded local convenience store. If you are passionate about people and providing excellent customer service, then this could be the role for you! As a Retail Customer Service Assistant, you will be required to process any fuel or shop goods sales, assist with deliveries and store presentation, ensuring that our coffee machine and shelves are clean and fully stocked, and prepare and display any hot food and bakery products. It is a busy but varied role, meeting new people every day and working in a fun environment as part of a dedicated team.
Retail Customer Service Team Leader
- Based at Storrington Service Station this is a part time vacancy working 20 hours per week (weekend availability).
- Set shifts on a rolling rota
- £11.00 per hour
- If you are passionate about people and providing excellent customer service, then this could be the role for you! As a Retail Customer Service Team Leader, you will be required to process all duties carried out by a Retail Customer Service Assistant as well as deputising in the absence of the Store Manager. Duties carried out to support the Store Manager will include placing orders, managing, and delegating duties to the team and any audit or reconciliations.
